Looking for new things to start cooking

Tonight, made some grinded beets with roasted garlic and nut.yeast and pea protein on pasta.

oh nice, ive never heard of pea protein before. I’ve been making so much of the same pasta lately

tofu triangles are a classic return. Cut tofu into thick triangles and dust with cornstarch mixed with salt and whatever spices you like (I use curry powder a lot). Then let it sit for a few minutes while you fill a saucepan with enough oil to go halfway up and heat to 350°. redust right before they hit the oil. Fry until golden brown, flip, then put on some paper towels.

whoa never heard of that i should try it. Do you eat them with something else or just eat them alone as a snack?

Usually with a dipping sauce of some kind. Can be eaten on its own as a snack or a component of a larger meal. I often make vegetable stir fry as well.
